Where We Buy

Our markets.

Our active markets are Texas (Travis, Collin and Harris counties), Florida, Illinois, Alabama, California, Georgia, Washington, Rhode Island and New York. Elsewhere, we accept and review inquiries.

Active Acquisition Markets

Texas: Travis, Collin and Harris counties first.

Our Phase 1 Texas acquisition focus starts with these three counties. Each parcel and transaction is reviewed individually.

Austin
Travis County, TX

Vacant lots and rural tracts across the Austin metro, including Manor, Pflugerville, and Del Valle. Our first-priority Austin-area county for Phase 1.

Dallas
Collin County, TX

Infill lots and acreage across the north Dallas metro, including McKinney, Plano, Frisco, and Allen, where development pressure meets long-held vacant land.

Houston
Harris County, TX

Residential infill lots, vacant parcels, and acreage across greater Houston, a large, fast-moving market where owner situations vary widely.

Beyond Texas

Other active states, with a review before each transaction.

We are also active in Florida, Illinois, Alabama, California, Georgia, Washington, Rhode Island and New York. Activity and permitted transaction structure depend on the state and the parcel. We do not treat one state's assignment rules as nationwide permission.

We accept inquiries in all 50 states

Residential infill lots, vacant parcels, and rural or agricultural acreage. Outside our active markets, we accept and review inquiries. That is not a claim that we currently buy in every state.

How a market becomes a priority

Consistent inbound from owners, public records we can underwrite from, and a clean title-and-escrow path. When those line up, a market moves from inquiry-only to active.

Where the market list stands

The active list is owner-confirmed. New state-specific pages are held until that state's assignment and wholesaling requirements have been confirmed. No purchase, assignment or closing is guaranteed for every parcel.
