Terms of Use

Last updated October 14, 2026

These terms govern your use of straightacre.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Who operates this site

straightacre.com and the StraightAcre business are operated by TechStack Consulting LLC, a Texas limited liability company and the parent company. In these terms, "StraightAcre," "we," "us," and "our" refer to TechStack Consulting LLC operating as StraightAcre.

What this site is

StraightAcre is a land acquisition and transaction company that evaluates land directly with owners across the United States and connects off-market parcels with buyers. This website is where that conversation starts. Nothing on it is an offer, and nothing on it creates a contract.

We are not a brokerage

StraightAcre is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not represent you in a transaction. We are a principal, which means we are acting for ourselves, not as your agent. If you want representation, hire a licensed real estate broker or an attorney in your state.

How our transactions work

Where we put a property under contract, we may assign our contractual interest in that agreement to a third party rather than close in our own name. That is a common, lawful structure, and we disclose it in writing before you sign anything. Every transaction closes through a licensed title or escrow company in the state where the property is located.

Offers and information

Any figure we discuss before a signed contract is an estimate based on the information available to us, including county appraisal or assessor records. It is not an appraisal and it is not a guarantee. Offers are subject to title review, access, survey, and the other diligence described in the contract itself. The contract controls, not this website.

Your submissions

When you send us information about a property, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that what you tell us is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for anything you submit.

Content on this site

The text, guides, and design on straightacre.com belong to StraightAcre. You are welcome to read and share them. You may not republish them as your own or use them to build a competing service.

Availability and limits

We publish this site as-is. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, StraightAcre is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, the home state of TechStack Consulting LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the site will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.
