This policy explains what StraightAcre collects when you use straightacre.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this website only.

Who we are

StraightAcre is a business of TechStack Consulting LLC, a Texas limited liability company, which is the data controller for this site. You can reach us at sellmyland@straightacre.com.

What we collect

The only information this site asks you for is what you type into the contact forms: whether you want to sell or buy, your name, your email address, and your message. A phone number, a state, and, for buyers, details such as target markets, lot size, budget, intended use, and closing capacity are optional. We do not ask for, and you should not send through these forms, a Social Security number, bank details, or anything else sensitive.

Consent

When you submit a form, you check a box agreeing to be contacted about your inquiry. A separate, optional box lets you opt in to text-message updates about relevant land opportunities. The optional SMS opt-in is kept distinct from your inquiry, you are never required to accept it, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.

What happens to it

When you submit a form, the contents are sent securely to our customer relationship system (GoHighLevel). The site has no database and does not store your submission on the web server. Your message lives in our email and systems, and we keep it for as long as we are in contact with you about your property.

With an inquiry, we also record the form page, supplied county and parcel details, contact preference, campaign tags present in that page URL, and the referring website hostname when available. This identifies the inquiry source. We do not add browsing-history tracking or browser storage for this purpose.

Our private review-capacity record stores an opaque request identifier, receipt time, queue status and quoted business-day estimate. It does not contain your name, email address or parcel details. Your inquiry remains in our customer relationship system.

Tracking and cookies

This site does not set cookies. There is no analytics package, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, and no cross-site tracking of any kind. We do not build a profile of you and we have nothing to sell to a data broker.

Third parties

• GoHighLevel. Our customer relationship system receives form submissions and incoming inquiries so our team can review them and respond. Inquiry consent and optional SMS consent are kept distinct.
• Google Fonts. Our pages load typefaces from Google's font servers, so Google receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request. These requests are separate from the information you choose to submit in a form.
• Our web host. Like every website, our host keeps standard server access logs that include IP addresses. These are routine operational records, not a marketing dataset.
• Title and escrow companies. If you go on to do a transaction with us, the information required to close is shared with the licensed title or escrow company handling it in the property's state. That is the normal mechanics of a real estate closing.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sellmyland@straightacre.com and we will handle the request. If you have asked us to stop contacting you, we will stop.

Children

This site is meant for adults transacting in real property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
