Where are we active?
Our active markets start with three Texas counties and eight other states. Activity and the permitted transaction structure depend on the state and the parcel. We do not treat one state’s assignment rules as nationwide permission, and state-specific pages are published only after that state’s requirements are confirmed.

What does inquiry-only mean?
We accept inquiries in all 50 states. For land outside our active markets, we review the inquiry and tell you whether the parcel is a fit. That is not a claim that we currently buy in every state, and no purchase, assignment or closing is guaranteed for any parcel.
How does a market become active?
Consistent inbound from owners, public records we can underwrite from, and a clean title-and-escrow path. When those line up, and the state’s requirements for the structures we use are confirmed, a market moves from inquiry-only to active. The market list is owner-confirmed and reviewed regularly for accuracy.
Texas county pages
Each Texas county page covers local appraisal-district search, tax-office steps, permitting and floodplain resources, and our honest status in that county.
Have land in one of these markets, or somewhere else?
Send the county, parcel ID, ownership information, and any known tax or title issues. We review whether the property fits our current acquisition criteria and tell you in writing whether we would buy directly or assign the contract. An inquiry is not a binding offer or a promise to purchase.
