This is the kind of summary a buyer in our network receives before deciding whether to pursue a parcel. It shows the information we assemble, not a sales pitch.
This sample is educational. It is not a listing of land we own or an offer of a specific contract interest. Actual assignment opportunities identify our contractual interest and provide the applicable written disclosures before signing.

Direct purchase: TechStack Consulting LLC may buy with lender or transactional funding, take title and resell in a separate disclosed transaction. Financing conditions belong in the purchase agreement.
Assignment of contract (this example): StraightAcre holds a purchase agreement with the owner and assigns that contractual interest to the buyer for a disclosed fee. The buyer closes directly with the seller through the title or escrow company.
Either way, every party is shown the structure and the economics in writing before signing, and the closing runs through a licensed title or escrow company in the property's state. StraightAcre is not a real estate brokerage and does not provide legal advice.
